Please read these terms carefully before using the wlnbd platform. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to all of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and wlnbd ("we", "us", "Platform"). By using the wlnbd website, application, or any related services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out below. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
This document may be updated from time to time. If you continue using the Platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms. We therefore encourage you to review this page regularly.
1 Account Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility
To open an account and use our services on wlnbd, you must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit minors from participating in gambling. You may be required to provide valid proof of age at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination, and any funds held may be forfeited.
- Each person may open only one account.
- Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.
- Opening an account in another person's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
- Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
1.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account until you inform us of any unauthorized use and we take appropriate action.
2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
2.1 Deposits
The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on wlnbd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other listed banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Deposited funds must come only from your own registered payment account.
- Transactions using a third party's account or identity are strictly prohibited.
- For any suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures.
2.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- We reserve the right to place any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request on hold for the duration of an investigation.
- If fraud is found, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
2.3 Currency
All transactions on wlnbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.
3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
wlnbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
To withdraw this bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.2 Bonus Terms
- Bonus eligibility applies to the first deposit only.
- Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — specific games or game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, we may cancel the bonus and close the account.
3.3 VIP Program
wlnbd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier. The criteria for moving to a higher tier depend on your ongoing participation and activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
4 Gaming Policy & Code of Conduct
4.1 Fair Play Commitment
wlnbd is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are operated through verified software providers and use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to guarantee random outcomes.
- Any form of hacking, bot use, software manipulation, or attempts to gain an artificial advantage are prohibited.
- If any bug or system error is detected, our support team must be notified immediately.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting an error will be considered void.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Money laundering or legitimizing funds from illegal sources.
- Fraudulently claiming bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
- Sharing an account with another user or operating multiple accounts.
- Playing games using prohibited software or automation tools.
- Harassing or intimidating other users on the platform.
- Attempting a cyber attack against our systems or network.
4.3 Technical Issues
wlnbd will not be held liable if a game is cancelled due to a technical error, server disruption, or connection failure. However, we will make every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Our decision in such matters will be considered final.
5 Personal Data & Privacy
5.1 Data Collection & Use

5.2 Verification Process (KYC)
We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. For this purpose, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- National ID Card (NID) or passport.
- Bank statement or proof of payment account.
- Proof of address (utility bill or similar document).
We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
6 Account Suspension & Closure
6.1 Closure at Your Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account (subject to wagering requirements being met).
6.2 Termination at Our Discretion
wlnbd may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
- Registration using false information.
- Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
- Extended period of inactivity.
In the event of termination, if no violation is proven, any remaining balance will be returned.

10.2 Language & Interpretation
The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. If there is any doubt about the meaning of a provision, our reasonable interpretation will apply.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be considered void — all remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
10.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and wlnbd. Any prior oral or written commitments are superseded by these written Terms.
